Keilevegen and Mongstadkrysset are neighbouring areas, and could be approached as a single site. These two sites would be interesting for a large industrial enterprise. The area is not currently zoned, and the zoning process is estimated to be 12 to 16 months.

Being a part of Mongstad Industrial Park presents many advantages in terms of access to services and infrastructure. Mongstad supply base offers logistics and port services to third parties located outside the ISPS area.

Keilevegen is also close to Lindås transformer ensuring access to sufficient power supply, and there is redundant fiber in the area.
