Mongstadkrysset and Keilevegen are neighbouring areas, and could also be approached as a single site. These two sites would be interesting for a large industrial enterprise. The area is strategically located, and new establishments at Mongstadkrysset will benefit from being part of the industrial cluster at Mongstad.

Mongstadkrysset is a zoned site, while the neighbouring site Keilevegen still is in an ongoing zoning process at Austrheim municipality. The zoning process could be completed in 2021. Companies established within Mongstad Industrial Park have access to deep-water quays at Mongstad supply base, as well as other port services. Mongstadkrysset is also close to Lindås transformer ensuring access to sufficient power supply, and there is redundant fiber in the area.
